Steps to Apply & Requirements
We’re excited that you’re interested in one of our properties! Here’s a quick guide to help you through the process:
- No prior evictions or collections from rental homes.
- No felonies or sex offender convictions.
- Monthly income must be at least 2.5x the rent

We love pets, and we’re excited to welcome your furry friends! To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we do require all residents to go through a pet screening process.
Once your pets are approved, you’ll be all set!

Pet fee: $15 per pet per month. Pet deposit (non refundable) $250
