Wayne is the Property Manager for our Kentucky communities, overseeing maintenance to ensure everything is done right the first time. Dedicated and detail-oriented, he keeps operations running smoothly. In his free time, Wayne enjoys fishing, hiking, and camping with his family. Natalia Ortega
Assistant Director of Operations
Natalia, our Assistant Director of Operations, plays a key role in keeping our team on track. She oversees operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. From scheduling showings to processing applications and managing essential administrative tasks, she helps keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking delicious treats, and exploring new places!
Gina Leonard
Property Manager
Gina is the Property Manager for our Missouri communities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She assists with showings, applications, and community-related concerns while overseeing the maintenance team to keep operations seamless. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family. They love fishing, relaxing at the lake, and firing up the grill for a great BBQ!
Nikki Davis
Director of Operations
Nikki is the Director of Operations at Zeal Investment Group, overseeing all aspects of portfolio management. From strategic planning and budget management to lease transactions, property maintenance, and staff supervision, she ensures seamless operations. Passionate about building relationships and driving efficiency, she plays a key role in the company’s success. Nikki loves to laugh and cherishes time with her family, especially at the beach or by the pool!
