Emergency: An emergency is defined as a situation involving fire, flood, or blood—meaning:

● Fire: Any situation where there is an active fire or a significant risk of fire that threatens
life or property.
● Flood: Severe water damage or flooding that poses an immediate threat to safety or the
structural integrity of a building.
● Blood: Any medical emergency involving serious injury, excessive bleeding, or a
life-threatening health crisis requiring immediate attention.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided until the 5th or 7th depending
on location, after which a late fee will be applied.

Please ensure that your payment is submitted on time to avoid any penalties. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any rentals. You may smoke outside of the property, but cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy living environment.

All outdoor areas remain clean and free of clutter. Please dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving personal belongings outside.

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Please do not park vehicles on the lawn.

We kindly ask all residents to be mindful of noise levels and conduct that may disrupt neighbors.

Our goal is to foster a peaceful and respectful community for everyone.

We are a pet-friendly property and allow 2 pet limit per household.

In special cases, a third pet may be permitted with prior approval. All pets must be registered with us and must adhere to the community’s criteria. For the safety and enjoyment of all, please ensure that pets are always
leashed while in the community and that you pick up after them.
